Scion tC Owners: What do you think of the Front Strut Bar?

I'm looking to purchase a new '08 and am toying with the idea of the from strut bar to improve the handling. The part is fairly cheap, but will it change anything noticeably?

As a disclaimer, I'm not really getting this car to %26quot;tune it up%26quot; and probably won't do anything aftermarket. Just curious about the strut bar that Scion Offers.

The people telling you a front strut bar won't make a difference apparently know zilch about cars, or the behaviors of a vehicle during handling maneuvers. YES, the front strut bar will change the handling dynamics of your tC. You may only notice it under extreme situations such as auto-crossing, or very 'spirited' driving. However, under normal driving you might not experence a MAJOR difference. Its also not a modification normally done for aesthetic purposes, so I have no idea why people are saying its 'mostly for looks'.

sorry i did not put a strut bar on my 2007, i only did the sub woofer the LED lights and the larger wing. mine is grey, flint mika i think its called, im up to 12 thou miles, it sucks watching the count rise
I have an 07 TC and honestly.... the strut bar will not make a single difference for you. You wont be able to tell a difference whether you have it or not. If you want to get something for your TC id go with the big spoiler and fog lights.
its a waste of money. a strut bar is mostly for looks. You wont feel any noticable change when driving. IF you really want a strut bar, i would go with an aftermarket one (WAY LESS CHEAPER). its easy to install plus it will look better.

The only time you will see a difference is if you put a sway bar front and back and in turns at high speeds. Other then that.. go with suspension overhaul.
