I heard a clicking sound like something is hitting the strut in the front of the car. I can feel the clicking in the steering wheel as well. I changed that strut to.

If the strut was replaced and then you noticed the noise the spring could be slipping in the strut due to a defective bearing, other than that all i can think of is ball joints on tie rod ends and lower control arm, or an insulator/bushing.
