Now my Question is Do i have to change both struts?
because its pretty expensive...
The car is a 2000 Honda Prelude, is it a common thing?|||yes and yes...if you only do one strut the car will handle unevenly, and tire wear may be uneven too.|||technically no you do not have to change both but you should because once one goes bad than the other one will start to go bad and quite often by the time it shows that one is bad the other one is on its way to going bad or bad already|||You do not absolutely HAVE TO replace both struts. But it is a good idea, for the same reasons that others have given.|||Yeah! You do want to change them in pairs. Same as most things on a car, even headlights.
