Do u have to change the strut when lowering your car?

want to lower my car got a 1995 nissan 200sx|||yes you do,if you want it done right the strut controls some of the ride height on the car. if you don%26#039;t, the rest of the suspension don%26#039;t sit right. and puts to much stress on those parts|||yes you will have to|||among other things yes will cost about as much as cars worth to lower it|||No, you can just change the springs from a lowering kits, but why not change them anyway while you have them out.
