Do i need to change the strut mount if i change the strut?

i hit a curve and the strut is damaged, should i also replace the strut mount or i can use the old one with new strut?|||You can probably use the old one but if you go to the trouble of getting the strut off and apart this would be the time to replace it. Also on most vehicles after you replace the struts you should have the alighnment checked. So I would replace both struts and mounts now.|||May as well do it now!!
