I have an 01 Deville. When at high speeds the front end vibrates. and turning makes a popping noise?

changed struts,bearing plates and springs. Also the intermediate steering unit.and i%26#039;m still getting the viberation at high speeds. The popping continues also. What should I do next?|||CV joints
